Legal basis
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Delivering this page and keeping it available and secure is the legitimate interest pursued. A website cannot be served without processing the requesting IP address, and nothing beyond that is processed here.
Retention
Log retention is not enabled for this site, so Cloudflare discards the request logs at the network edge within four hours. Nothing is forwarded to, or stored by, the controller. Aggregate request counts that identify no one may be kept longer.
International transfers

The transfer rests on Article 45 GDPR: Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Should that certification lapse, the standard contractual clauses in Cloudflare's data processing addendum apply under Article 46 GDPR.
